Go down the road till you see the creek bridge turn right at the bridge go to top of the hill and turn left follow that road till it ends and you are there.

Good Luck and have fun

Be sure to only go in good weather. After a rain the road is not good.
I normally take my 4WD down there.
Good luck and find some good gold.

After if you are going South on Hwy 68. It is not very far past our property. There is also a church sigh at the bridge. Turn right (if going South) before you get to the bridge.
Just take it easy going down the hill and watch for fallen tree limbs and ruts in the road. Once you start down there is not too many places to turn around. Also be sure to stop and check out the falls. No place to easily find gold there but a beautiful place to see. Then keep going down the hill past the falls turn off. Go all the way down to the creek and you can park right next to the water. Follow the trail up the hill and go down the banks to prospect.

If you go please be careful, the area is remote and steep in many spots. There are alot of copperheads down there too, so keep an eye out. My advice keep moving don't stay in one spot or you won't find much gold. Good luck. :)

Cody,

From the parking area upstream to private property is about 1.6 miles.
I have not explored this section of the creek. So if you do go upstream please take photos and give us a trip report.
